Karera was born in the Belgian city of Liège in May 1979. After finishing high school, Karera lived in Turkey for four years before moving to Egypt, where she spent a year working as a scuba diving instructor. Before embarking on a career as a pornographic actress, she worked in public relations in the tourism and fashion sector. She even opened her own fashion store and worked as a lingerie model.

She started her career in 2007 at the age of 28.  In less than a year and a half, she had already shot more than 40 films for the French producer Marc Dorcel Fantasies. Before the end of 2008, Karera settled in the United States, where he started filming films such as Milf Thing 3 and appearing on sites such as Brazzers , Naughty America or Reality Kings .
