Prior her official porn scenes she was doing nude photo shoots as well as live web-cam shows on adult websites. Another way to support herself was working as a stripper. After a while Shyla moved to Los Angeles, California, to pursue her career in the porn industry.
She did her first hardcore movie when she was eighteen years old in 2000 (Erik Everhard formally introduced her to the business) for the famous company, Anabolic Video.
