Tori entered the industry in 2007, but it wasn’t until late 2008 that Tori got the recognition she deserved. In 2008 she was the Penthouse Pet of the Month for December. Next year in September Tori was Twisty’s Treat of the Month and nominated for an AVN Award for Best New Starlet in 2009.
In 2010 Tori Black was named one of the top twelve female stars in porn by Maxim magazine and one of the most popular stars in porn by CNBC in 2011. She became the first person in history to win two “AVN Female Performer of the Year” awards (in 2010 and 2011). In this period she launched a personal blog called “The real Tori Black”. In 2011 Tori was named by CNBC as one of the 12 most popular stars in porn. Tori used to have a monthly live show in her personal website and regularly attended Exxxotica fan shows in New Jersey and Miami.
